I'm re-reading the book «Childhood's End» by Arthur C. Clarke. The story involves a peaceful and benevolent race of aliens coming to Earth, but refusing to be seen by humans beacause they resemble various archetypes of demons. It inspired me to do this pencil sketch of Karellen, the main alien character.

I read this awhile back. I remember loving the book. That's a good idea to reread it.
