Hello! This is also my first post to SFG. I've been posting at Illustration Friday for over a year now and through the various design and illustration blogs I frequent, I've found my way here. It looks like such a fabulous group and community - I'm so honored to become a part of it.
I'm an 'illustrative designer' (great term Vonster - SO true) by day, but my passion is illustration and I've finally made the commitment to actively pursuing freelance work. I know it's a long road ahead, but I’m excited and ready... and so inspired by all off of you!
So, to familiarize you all with my work and get something posted ASAP, here is a (rather old) piece of mine based on the Hans Christian Anderson story, Eleven Wild Swans. Please feel free to comment and critique!
