PYBOT

Perhaps next week I can get started to making the short that these sketches are for...

Maybe I should take this moment to introduce myself: I'm a drawer who needs to draw more. At least draw more for myself, which is why I joined SFG. Seems like a fun excuse to get rolling and generate some new scribbling. I draw all day, but for someone else, so that almost doesn't count, right? I love seeing everyone's artwork here, and look forward to weeks and weeks of interesting and inspiring creations from you all. - Celeste

These are really interesting! You should definitely draw more for just yourself, it's so much more fun! Do you mean these were for a short film, or did I misunderstand your comment?

These are really cool! Yes, we all want to see more!! The most amazing work comes from what the artist feels most strongly about - which is almost ALWAYS personal work. I'm having the EXACT SAME issues you are having, and is also why I recently joined SFG. Except, I don't even get to draw at my day job anymore, at least not so much. But I've been starting to draw a little more for myself, everyday - it's a beginning. Good luck to you - and hope to see more soon!!

Thanks for all the wonderful comments and the warm welcome! yeah, these are me working up to a short film - I'd value your advice, if anyone knows what sort of computer programs would best suit my needs for animation...

welcome Celeste. I agree with nikalas on the Steve McQueen one. They are all cool. I am glad you are getting to draw more. It is so important for my creative sanity and I hear it is that way for many artists. I look forward to seeing more.
