swimming devil

This is a little devil character I did for a dude here in Japan. Apparently "swimming devil" is a word play in Japanese. I understood the explanation, but I must admit the comic intent didn't translate well. His plan was to start an DIY indi t-shirt label, to go with his DIY indi music label... but he has been busy helping to run a DIY indi rock club in Shibuya (Tokyo). Therefore, this design has never found a home.
