A Walk in the Park

Hi everyone, glad to be a part of SFG! I look forward to posting with and meeting everyone here. This introductory image is a first run/test image for an illustrated book I'm in the midst of making. These days I work entirely in Photoshop, but my training comes from using acrylics and oils. My blog: http://bobmacneil.blogspot.com/ has examples of how I work. If anyone has the time to stop by and check it out, I'd love to hear your thoughts. Thanks, Bob MacNeil

Hey, thanks everyone for the warm welcome! And yes, I would love for anyone to try my techniques. I'm not a teacher, by any stretch of the imagination, but I've been asked by a couple of colleges here in the NJ/NYC area to do some seminars (which I decided to do a sort of walkthrough of my work). I'm just not sure if what I have to say would make any sense. Sometimes I tend to trail off when I talk... LOL

Hi Alina, it's a small blogging world... good to see you here!

Hey Dan, (nice to see you here also) I've finally started on that Simpson's thing. You'll be the first to see it when it's completed... :)

Thanks again for the invite Jeff!!! I appreciate being included here at SFG!

And for everyone else who I've never spoken to... nice to meet all of you, I look forward to posting here at SFG.

And one more question why isn't everyone at Comic Con???? LOL
