Despite my high hopes regarding this project, it didn't make sense to throw money to the wind with regards to the hosting and upkeep of the SFG Forum. Unfortunately the forum, created for the members of SFG, was largely ignored by the 270 plus participants. It was however very popular with "spammers" lol, much to the aggravation of the wonderful SFG members who donated their time as moderators of that ghost town.
No hard feelings, we're just going to concentrate our efforts elsewhere, and work diligently to make 2008 a very Sugar Frosted year for everyone!
Be sure to delete any links on your own sites to the forum and have a GREAT weekend SFG'ers!

Jeff, I'm sorry things turned out the way they did with the forums. It was a great idea and had potential but sadly I think you made the right decision. Sometimes things work and other times they don't. At least you have a very successful and widely regarded site like SFG. It's hard enough to have a hit on the internet. I'm sure there will be other opportunities for you to help spread the goodness. If there's something I can do to help, let me know. I finally have time to make some Adimals for give-aways so I'll let you know more about that soon. Have a good one.

I second that, Jeff. I do appreciate what your pushing for and am sorry I couldn't get into it any further then what I managed. The world and peoples personal lives always have a funny way of obstructing you from these things. I have also noticed that lots of posts here have gone largely UNCOMMENTED upon...which is lamentable...I know that we have a huge.. base of talent, and I propose that we ask people to get out and co-mingle in this forum as is. SO, IF YOU SEE A Piece without a comment....why not "HUG AN ARTIST" and give it one. Feedback, is truly wonderful and I believe that the reason anyone puts there stuff onto a blog is to draw some response from the community....
