This painted floppy disk sold at the Fusion Gallery "Off the Wall" show in south Jersey. I had a great time at the installation on Friday night and the artists reception on Saturday. The show will hang till March 2 or beyond. You can see photos at my Flickr site. BTW: SFGer Adam Levine made it down and is in some of the pics. The big ham.

Ooohh, you're making floppies viable again! This is super cool!
You know you are now committed to doing the whole citrus family. I believe a lime character is now in order? Keep 'em comin...
Man art in a diskette,,that one is new..really cool work Jim....
thanks linda, joe and choper.
You got me thinking Joe. I do dig citrus and lemon boy could use some kin folk around. You can bet that none will have his level of cloud dancing skillz.
What up J-Brad! Whoze big p1mpn' now! But seriously, I had a blast catching up and as always...seing you work in person is a sight to be seen. Congratulations again on the sale (probably the most a single, most likely non-working, floppy has ever sold for...and still I think it was undervalued.) I'm glad you finally got your street cred, the pics are great too!
ahhhh ... floppy disks. i remember them! good idea, a wallfull of disks would make a rad installation. the characters are super cute too.
Adam - Ever since I gotz my cred, the other artists don't spray paint in my eyes no more. That's cuz ima paint hardened rufian who's walkin' tall. Golly Nedz, I feel so hot danged empowered.
Please excuse my vandalish new speech patterns. ;)
P be F - I'm glad you like.
