I like it.......My only comment would be that I think you could get some more speed out of that buggy if you had his anatomy flowing and stretching with the action a bit more. The Shapes and design of the hands fingers feet and such are really pretty spiffy. I just wish the line of action was clearer.

Good advice, Pedro. I agree, line-of-action is key, and the first thing I try to establish with every piece. For this illustration, in addition to speed, I was attempting to convey age, and decrepitude. It was a conscious decision to give the old geezer a stooped-over posture. Even in mid-flight he is just physically incapable of straightening himself out. If my main character had been younger, for sure, I would have stretched out his anatomy as you suggested. I think his pose is just plain funnier this way, and sometimes humor trumps other technical considerations for me. Anyway, that's my thought process here.
