Well,
I dig this show and am gonna patiently wait for the rest of this season, which will air sometime this winter.
I've been working on this off and on, its all in varied degrees of finish...
BUT, IT IS NEW....

New work! Day of the Dead pin-up

Yay extending the weekly theme another week!

This piece is a recent painting I did for Girls Drawin Girls for our 2010 Pin-Up art calendar. She's the month of October!  She's currently on view at the Girls Drawin Girls group show at Meltdown Comics in Los Angeles.

A long, long time ago they used these to keep watch. A long time before the prying glass lenses of closed circuit television cameras peered down at us from brackets set above our daily doings. This might be older technology, but it still is the best.

New work: Factory Closedown

Play on words, anew

This is a new piece that came about while I was using one of those incredible knives. The name rhymed and I wondered what the old pioneering men of the frozen north could have done with a marvelous "tool" like this.

New Work, Three up

This is a WIP of spot illustrations for Washington Law and Politics, done three up to save time. The client is happy, but I may need to revisit the center spot as it's not quite on the mark. Initial ideas were done on paper, taken into Painter, tightened up, and now the ink and color will be finished in Painter. Saving a little paper.

Hungry like the wolf

Hey Everyone... here is an illustration I did for UpHere magazine. I really like how it turned out. It was a challenge to show the man eating his boot while still making it seem depressing and not overly goofy. Let me know what you think... thanks Greg
