I've been getting back into sketching using a BIG cheap sketchbook. Funny how much more more open I am to trying new things when I'm not being precious about working in my moleskine :)
It was a good thing these were fun to work on... there seemed to be hundreds of them! All highlighting that quaint old English tradition that leaves most folk cringing if they can remember any of it - the 'stag and hen' weekend before the wedding. If you'd like to see more, have a peek here.
I'm continuing with my Monster theme here. I thought I'd try something new as most of my illustrations tend to look very digital. So I figured it's time to introduce textures, and play around with the contrast against areas of flat colour. claire
Hi everyone. I'm new here so the polite thing to do would be to introduce you to Myrtle, the Mini Monster. She's only wee, and doesn't bite unless trodden on.
I'm an illustrator based in London, and this is my first post on SFG. I check the site every day and am constantly amazed by what I see... it's truly inspiring. I'm really excited to join you all and be a part of it. http://www.madaunt.com
