I was inspired to create a children's illustration form Claude Debussy's piano piece Claire de lune. Next I will try something in the Jazz department. This will be a new running theme to generate ideas for my ongoing children's portfolio. Have a listen!

Very charming piece!
My son (a college sophomore) decided he was going to learn to play Claire de lune... and did! Even though he doesn't really read music that well. Now that he has it down, I will hear it at the strangest times... whenever he takes a break, or passes by the piano... he launches into it. It is a great song... Oh, and that is a very nice illo of the dancer, btw!
