I really hope you're not giving up illustration since I know your work from a long time and I must admit I LOVE it. Nice to meet you here and hope things will go much better for you soon.
Honestly, I think that you are one of the more talented illustrators on the group. I already had told you that I was a fan. Most illustrators go through phases and working for yourself is not easy, regarless of what you do. You gotta believe! All those biblical illustrations were great!
Cheers for all the messages, I'm not planning on giving up illustration... yet. Just got to find something else that pays a bit more regularly that I can do along side it. At the moment I'm not earning enough to cover the mortgage so I'm looking at going in to teaching as a possibility.
Really appreciate the messages, it's good to know that even though I'm in the middle of nowhere in Cornwall I'm connected to people all round the world, illustrating can sometimes be a bit isolating I think.
