Just Downloaded a free painting app called artrage...check it out at http://www.ambientdesign.com/ here is a lame effort from me - but first impressions were quite good... The UI reminded me of the alias sketch app that came out a couple of years back.
Anyway, you can get the full Art Rage 2.5 app for just $25... check it out.
