Here's a little sneak peak of a logo I'm working on for an organization of dads who want to become more involved in their kids' lives. The guy who started the organization suggested using an eagle. After much deliberation, I decided that an eagle just didn't have the fatherly connotation I was looking for.

Good. I like the use of lions, their connotations towards fartherhood works well, and the wildlife aspect illustrates quit well the "jungle" of laws and emotions I would think you go through when you fight to be with your kids. I'm not to sure about the yellow though, it's too bright and make the logo unreliable. But I know i it's not finished yet and I hope you'll post the finished piece here.
Do you know of Bill Gartners "forced random connections"? It's descriped in StepbyStep Graphics vol. 17 no. 4. I use it a lot as a brainstorm tool when I do logos and find it very usefull -Any way just a thought, Good luck with the rest of the work. looking forward to seeing it
No, I'm not familiar with the article. But I'll have to look it up. Thanks, Tomas.
