Undercover Fish: he’s taking the law into his own fins.

When bumbling super-spy Hugo Bonito was turned into a fish by his mad scientist archenemy Mako, it wasn’t the end of his fight against crime – it was a whole new beginning.  Now, as the only finned fed, Undercover Fish goes to places other agents can’t – and to depths they won’t – to catch crooks and balance the scales of justice.
