Old Drawing...

This was an old drawing I made back in college - I was in and out of the hospital a lot and the only thing I could do to make the day go faster was draw and also made fun of myself a lot while I was at it :) My apologies for the graphic nature of this drawing... :)

Total Carbs

Ok - I don't know if you guys are going to believe me, but I CAN EAT 9 donuts (Krispy Kreme Original Glazed), 1 bowl of cereal (Cinnamon Oatmeal), 3 Filipino Sweet Rice Cakes, and a glass of Milk – all in one sitting. I am 5ft 1" tall and weigh 101 lbs and I did this because my brother double-dared me and said I was a teenie sissy girl.....Yup, after that he stopped calling me a sissy. :)

Self Portrait

When I was little, we had a dog named Tiger. He was our first dog. He didn't really like me very much. He bit my hand and I ended up with a couple of stitches.

SFG: Greetings!

Hello everyone. My name is Michelle Lana and this is my first post at SFG! Just wanted to say HI and am very excited to join SFG's weekly posts.
This illo is called Mr. Taho. In the Philippines, we say "ta-ho", referring to a sweet snack made with bean curd, caramelized sugar, and tapioca balls. It is a very popular street food and vendors were a common sight even on city streets. Carrying two aluminum containers suspended on a wooden rod, having taho for an afternoon snack was something my brothers, cousins and I often enjoyed. Michelle Lana
