Happy New Year Everyone... I'm working on a shop that will purely be for ink work; no prints just originals. Its taken me two days of drawing just make the image for the front of the shop. But I'm happy with the way its turned out. Now all I have to do is make the artwork to put in it :-)

Sketchbook + Contest

Say hi to the OCTOBER SKETCH 2012 !! Youpi !
All October I will share with all my sketches about portrait studies. I say ALL so the good and the bad experimentation ! This week, you will see 20 pages of my sketchbook and about 75 faces !
PLUS – I start a contest with my Fanpage on Facebook (http://tinyurl.com/9jfnqva). If you become a fan, you could win a digital sketchy portrait from me. How its works : Every 10 fans, I will pick (randomly, of course!) a fan and draw his/her Facebook ‘s photo. The style will be the same as the sketch of the October Sketch. If you win, I will ask you if I can use your photo as model and to thank you, I will send to you a digital copy of it. You could use it as a new profile picture or on a blog, tumblr… Me, I will do a gallery on Facebook and on my website of all the winner.
Of course, I do it for fun and share with people who love illustration. You will understand that I couldn’t give you any compensation of any sort. I’m sorry !

Quint & Isadora 3

Here are two new pieces - the first is a commission I recently finished of Robert Shaw as Quint from Jaws. It was done with pencil, sharpie and watercolour on 10x12" sketch-paper, and took approximately five (5) hours to complete. The second image is a preview of the third conceptualization of Isadora; to see the full image, click HERE. Thanks for looking! Hope ya digs.

Meet RNArrr!

Have you ever wondered what Robots, Ninjas and Pirates do when on vacation? How do they rest and relax? Their lives can't be filled with adventure, mayhem and villainy 24/7! No no, indeed they cannot.

After much beard scratching, technobabbling and sword dueling, RNArrr! have decided that this wench can tag along and document their leisurely outings. Isn't that nice of them? Whether on holiday, surfing at the beach or jetsetting around the world, I'll be their to give YOU, the viewer, the inside scoop. Yo ho ho!

Town Scene in Watercolor

Already re-painted twice, maybe again; not sure if I'm happy with this or not, it seems a little over-worked. Had fun painting it, though!
