My Daughters Illustration.

Here is a drawing my 11 year old daughter did last night. The only thing I assited with is the two white dots for the highlights on the eyes, I showed her how that would make it look even better. A few years back I showed her how to use Photoshop's paint bucket and color swatches to color it.

You ought to set her up with a dealie like Ward's "Ava Thursday" - that's the first thing I thought when I read the HOW thread about this, Von. Self-promotion can't start early enough!

The freaky thing is tho', I can tell this was done by the kid of an artist. The input and genes just show.

This is very cool, Vonster. As you can see (and Jeope mentions it), I'm a big fan of kid art -- having your daugther's stuff up here on this blog, on the web, gives her extra confidence in her work. My girl Ava loves to see her work "up on the compooter." She'll even draw something and then immediately hand it to me to scan.

Great stuff, Von. Tell her to keep it up!

Thanks everyone. Savannah got a big smile when we read through these comments and others on another forum. I keep telling her she'll be way better then me if she keeps it up.
