G.I. Chibi: Cobra Commander and Destro

Is it me, or has Destro ALWAYS been cooler then Cobra Commander? Back in the 80's cartoons I always felt Destro would have made a much better Leader then Cobra Commander. I never liked the way Cobra Commander was dumbed down and made to look like a sissy. Such cool characters and the potentials they still have have never been explored on T.V., and sadly, recently on the horrible movie.
But then again, my Chibi versions of them don't help much :P
